Hapstone Start CBN stones are designed for use in Hapstone sharpening systems and are excellent for sharpening knives of all steels.The Hapstone Start CBN sharpening stone consists of a CBN plate with a 152x25mm work surface, 2mm thick, which is bonded to a 160mm aluminum blank, 3mm thick, with beveled ends for a secure hold.

The abrasive layer contains CBN abrasive, evenly distributed throughout with a high fill density and a very narrow screening range.Very fast and aggressive metal removal thanks to the electroplated coating. They work much faster than any other diamond.
